Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting Willow & Stone Outdoor Furniture. We’re committed to delivering your orders efficiently, safely, and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

If the delivery address falls outside this area, the delivery cost is charged at £2.10 per mile after 100 miles and is calculated at the checkout.

We will endeavour to make delivery of your items within two weeks. Any unforeseen delays will be discussed with you. Please speak to us BEFORE placing an order if you require items for a particular date and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the product purchased, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer local delivery of 100 miles of each showroom within the UK for free. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after 100 miles at £2.10 per mile and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over within 100 miles of our showroom within mainland UK. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within the United Kingdom. Please stay tuned for future updates regarding international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In case of missing or damaged items:

  • Inspect your order upon reception
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of any damage if applicable

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Click & Collect

If you prefer, you can choose our Click & Collect option during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our showroom in Scunthorpe.
